Conn New Wonder II (Chu Berry) Tenor

Condition:

Nothing sounds quite like a Chu Berry! This is a really good example of these increasingly rare saxes. They are some of our favourite saxes, the power, projection and thick warm sound they create is unparalleled! Some players favour these over a 10M and we can see why. The tone is extremely flexible and can be manipulated very easily, the core sound is incredible and full of overtones, it is complex and dark. The sax resonates a huge amount and is a joy to play!

It benefits from a top notch overhaul and plays beautifully as you would expect. The lacquer has wear but no significant signs of damage to the instrument. This one comes from a player and collector who has been thinning out his collection, No reason this couldn’t be your main everyday tenor in fact if you try it, you’ll want it to be!
