A very good example of a 6M era Conn Alto with Micro-tuner neck. These are superb saxes with an incredible sound. This one is no exception it blows huge! At times feeling like a tenor, with a bold and warm lower end – dark and lush. Push it and you get a nice edge and cut. You just can’t get this sort of tone and flexibility out of a modern sax… Suited to any ensemble or solo situation. This is a joy to play!
