We just love these old 1010s and here is a fabulous example of a rare and unique pre-war 1010 which has had extensive work to improve tuning and intonation including the addition of a second-generation Acton Vent being fitted by Jon Steward (chief designer of the Howarth S1 clarinet). The right hand articulated Csharp/Gsharp mechanism has been disabled and the R/H touch piece removed.
Previously owned by Tony Coe, UK legend of the jazz clarinet and saxophone real chance to own both a fantastic instrument and some real history.
