Description
Condition:
This is a great example of a lovely MKVII alto. It has a very big sound which can be manipulated well using the right mouthpiece – with a classical mouthpiece it will sound warm and round and with a jazz mouthpiece it opens up and roars with a huge weighty sound.
The tone is even across the horn and nicely complex, rich in overtones and full of character. The feel of the horn is excellent and build quality is superb!
This is a beautiful sounding Selmer alto in super cosmetic condition all for under £3k and a lot of sax for the money.
