Description
Condition:
A stunning example of a very fine C melody saxophone. This one once belonged to a professional orchestral musician who also played in a 1920’s band. It has been extremely well looked after and is provided in a reed & squeak case as the original 1920’s case fell apart about ten years ago!
If you’re looking for an original C melody, you won’t find one much better than this. It has that unique sound, with a warm and gentle core and is delightful to play!
This is one of the loveliest C melody saxes we’ve had in and they don’t hang around for long. It’s rare to find such a good example of an iconic instrument. Own a little bit of saxophone history and no need to transpose!
